About My Blog
I plan to write articles that support people in their efforts to live out the blessing the Apostle Paul wrote to the young Thessalonian believers in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Love is Patient and Kind
Love Is Patient
When I think of patience, I think of the ability to postpone one’s own desires and replace them with the higher need to wait in order to gain an anticipated reward. It takes the belief in deferred gratification really to have patience. It’s something we all need, especially when thinking of eternity.
Yet, it can have its daily practical benefits to love. Probably the hardest challenge I face when applying patience is not knowing how long it will take to gain the reward I’m gaining from waiting. So, it takes trust too. Trust or belief in the system or person you’re waiting for.
Blessed Are Those Who Persevere
In the Book of James it says in chapter 5 verse 11:
11 As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
The Apostle James wrote that verse in relation to suffering the readers of his letter were going through, yet it has everyday application to our ability to love other people well in situations you wouldn't naturally attribute to biblical suffering.
Here is a brief segment from the book of Job that describes his story of suffering at Satan’s imploring of God to harm him (Job 1:6 - 2:13):
6 One day the angels] came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan] also came with them. 7 The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”
Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”
8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”
9 “Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. 10 “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”
12 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”
Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
13 One day when Job’s sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house, 14 a messenger came to Job and said, “The oxen were plowing and the donkeys were grazing nearby, 15 and the Sabeans attacked and made off with them. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”
16 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The fire of God fell from the heavens and burned up the sheep and the servants, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”
17 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The Chaldeans formed three raiding parties and swept down on your camels and made off with them. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”
18 While he was still speaking, yet another messenger came and said, “Your sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house, 19 when suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”
20 At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship 21 and said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
and naked I will depart.
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;
may the name of the Lord be praised.”
22 In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.
Chapter 2
1 On another day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them to present himself before him. 2 And the Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”
Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”
3 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason.”
4 “Skin for skin!” Satan replied. “A man will give all he has for his own life. 5 But now stretch out your hand and strike his flesh and bones, and he will surely curse you to your face.”
6 The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, he is in your hands; but you must spare his life.”
7 So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and afflicted Job with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the crown of his head. 8 Then Job took a piece of broken pottery and scraped himself with it as he sat among the ashes.
9 His wife said to him, “Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and die!”
10 He replied, “You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?”
In all this, Job did not sin in what he said.
11 When Job’s three friends, Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite, heard about all the troubles that had come upon him, they set out from their homes and met together by agreement to go and sympathize with him and comfort him. 12 When they saw him from a distance, they could hardly recognize him; they began to weep aloud, and they tore their robes and sprinkled dust on their heads. 13 Then they sat on the ground with him for seven days and seven nights. No one said a word to him, because they saw how great his suffering was.
Trusting The Lord
Are you trusting the Lord with your relationships? Are you seeking the Lord’s face over any relationship challenges you may be facing? Have you seen fruit born through waiting in the past by offering others patience?
Be Patient With One Another
That brings me to the need for people to have patience with one another today. What relationship may you need to bring to the Lord in prayer to achieve more patience? You may need to face many challenges ahead. Does that relationship cause you to suffer? We all hate pain that brings real threat of harm but if you are trusting the Lord with your circumstances, which we all need to do, we’ll reap anticipated rewards.
So today, if you’re lacking patience, especially toward anyone you love, just know the Lord knows of your circumstances, is full of compassion and mercy as the Apostle James said, and you will reap the benefit of what you sow. The Bible says, “You reap what you sow.” With that, are you treating others the way you want to be treated and maybe today especially, are you offering them patience? Are you like the Lord, full of compassion and mercy?

Common and Uncommon Blessings of Jesus Christ
Too often, in my everyday interactions, I find people are ungrateful for their lives in the United States. They find their lives meaningless, with unconcern for others, possibly due to their own inadequate selves. They are faithless. I’ve felt that same way…inadequate. Especially when suicidal, I was faithless. I truly was inadequate. I lost all hope for my future. We all have so much to be grateful for, especially in America, if we just look.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the Founding Fathers of this Nation
I don’t know if the grievance I’m about to mention is a personal hurt for any alive today but just consider the 1st grievance against the king, George III, from the Declaration of Independence: “He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good." I know this issue is debatable concerning former President Trump but I’ve typically heard, “He broke the law.” And now, multiple charges have been brought against him. We’ll find out what the due process concerning him produces, justice or injustice. I’m not trying to minimize the damage that occurred during the January 6th riot of 2021, or even the breaking of one law by any person.
I’m trying to steer us toward thankfulness and gratitude for the blessings we should endear for the purpose of loving God, our heavenly Father back. I’ve heard gratitude means “doing something in return to” versus just expressing thanks. God made showing gratitude easy - he just asked people to receive his son, Jesus Christ to follow him in a living, loving, loyal, learning and devoted way... a worshipful kind of way. In other words, God wants people as disciples of Jesus Christ, His Son. Beginning with mainstream media, can’t all Americans just do that much? Receive God’s Son who died for our sins? C’mon? But Satan is an adversary.
One Nation under God with Liberty and Justice for All
Here is a blessing you can count so as to receive Jesus Christ by faith. From the 27 grievances in the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, came a governance under God, or it was asserted in writing as such. It is our government in America. But is it what it should be in practice today? I’ll express my thoughts which may seem negative but will lead you to Jesus, the greatest blessing of all. So, stick with me.
Though the original documents used to establish our nation make no reference to Jesus, as a Christian, I’m thankful for what happened in the forming of our government to establish the principles we are under. I’m no civics expert, but from what I understand about our law, no one is above laws in this land designed for “the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.” I know biblical content supports such an aspiration or high ideal. The 1st grievance our founding fathers expressed indirectly means, “Everyone should be treated equally when under the scrutiny of any law that is most wholesome and necessary for the public good.” The 2 operating principles being: 1.) uniformity and 2.) equal application of law developed for what is right, good and just - are for everyone, perpetrator or otherwise.
We in our blessed ideals, our Constitution even, have a problem though. For most incarcerated people in the United States today, the punishment is too harsh for crimes committed. Especially given the average American inmate reads on a 6th grade level and most of their “intellectual diet” may be through free, prime time television viewing. It could even just be reminding our general public of previous crime histories too. Have you ever noticed how many crime related programs are on free television? Scary! Criminal rehabilitation should lead people away from crime. And criminals don’t need to be reminded of their doings by television shows that keep them trapped in yesterday’s memory or memories. It’s a bad intellectual diet. And I really can’t call it an intellectual diet. It's drama.
In my opinion, our judicial system lacks mechanisms for restorative/rehabilitative measures to return people to fully functioning in society after incarceration but not non-restorative punishment that gets people incarcerated in the first place. We keep reproducing criminals. And they, before potentially committing any crimes, need the gospel of Jesus Christ that changes people and can actually prevent crimes from happening. We all need Jesus daily but people need to be taught how to read or listen to the Bible. This is especially the case for the incarcerated before being released back into society because they’ll need spiritual strength required to face adversity, albeit lack of money, food, clothing, transportation, housing and jobs or worse, retribution. They need the strength of Jesus Christ.
I do know our “judicial system” isn’t fully biblical if it does not take into account the whole counsel of God. True justice, as I understand from the Old Testament, is good behavior. I conjecture that what we have today is based more on judgment meant to punish, and not judgements intended to restore dignity, livelihood, and service to others in a more merciful society, and that being a society influenced by Jesus Christ’s teachings. I don’t spend time in the courts. Nor do I watch Judge Steve Harvey (that’s an aside). The law is for law breakers according to the Apostle Paul as he wrote in the Book of Romans. And mercy triumphs over judgment is a New Testament Bible verse. So there is hope!
I truly believe God through Jesus has blessed this country and will continue to do it through the church. Too though, God does not play favorites. All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus Christ for the purpose of His ruling the world and heaven. In addition to establishing a pattern of prayer for his disciples, in the prayer commonly known as the “Lord’s Prayer”, Jesus also assured God’s people in his day, Jews, that God extends beyond “common blessings” to ungrateful people of basic natural elements of sunshine and rain. Jesus assured, items of food and clothing would be provided for those who seek God's kingdom first. God truly loves all people . In Matthew 5:38-48 it says,
Eye for Eye and Tooth for Tooth
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. 41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. 42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
Love for Enemies and Pray for Persecutors
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
What Jesus said as a Jew, makes me hopeful too. The common blessings of the sun still shining and it still raining, let me know of our heavenly Father’s heart through Jesus. God still cares. So while at a minimum being thankful for those common blessings, let us as Christians, offer through us “uncommon blessings” within our control, like loving our enemies and praying for those who persecute us.
I know these things of love and prayer for others may go against the grain of what we may prefer to do. Maybe I hesitate to love my enemies because I think they are unlovable. Praying in general goes against the grain for me. I get tired. So I don’t pray for that reason. It’s got to stop.
In their behavior, our enemies may appear unlovable, but in the big scheme of things, we need to re-focus; even if confronted by our enemies, we need to love them because God loves all of creation. Our enemies need our love and our persecutors need our prayers. We need to start by asking ourselves, are we willing to do these things? If we’re not, we need the Lord to change our hearts.
And if you’re like me, “You love because he (God) first loved us (1 John 4:19). And Romans 5:6-8 says, 6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Through Jesus, we have the power to love our enemies and I expect the ability to pray for them.
Praise God! For us Christians, let’s die to ourselves by carrying crosses of self-denial like Jesus did and love people anyway with prayers offered on their behalf too, no matter who they are. Also, we need to pray for the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into the harvest. We’ll be even more grateful if we do it. Won’t we? I see great rewards coming our way in heaven, if we just further have faith when confronted with doubt or even discouragement.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you be with all American citizens, and especially the lost, destitute and hurting, like I once was. Too, I ask you to grow all Christians into disciples who are just like you, no matter where they are.
God bless you reader. Thanks for reading.
Unforgiveness, Anger and Pain - Resolved
It seems cheesy or chintzy to me, like I’m throwing pennies in a wishing well, to blog with intention to point to a song. But sometimes a song is exactly what we need. I won’t try to sell you on songs because so many people love music.
I’ve had a roadblock to my prayer life until today. I really know what has been an impediment to my prayer life. It’s heartbreak. After going through a severe depression, I’ve been afraid to pray. The residual wreckage of unforgiveness, anger and pain took their toll on me.
Now though, I know not even depression is too great for God. I’m not on anti-depression medicine any longer but instead have song lyrics to memorize. I don't write this to pursuade anyone to get-off of necessary psychiatric medication but have this article available to help anyone needing a breakthrough.
Without further ado, here is the song that is the answer I’ve needed about what to say to a God who has at times felt distant to me, but I’ve done the distancing. Enjoy this song by Citizen Way called, "When I'm with You"!

It's Time for Better News Reporting
Beauty from Ashes, Joy versus Mourning and Praise over Despair
THE IMPACT OF NEGATIVE NEWS
How often have you heard of people unplugging from the news because they can't stand all of the negativity? Have you ever unplugged from it? Has all of the negative news reporting just wanted to make you vomit because the experience of backflow of even yesterdays meal would be better than imagining the worst that has happended to others could happen to you or your loved ones too?
Enough is enough! I noticed an aricle titled the following which probably isn't worth reading:
Why the news is so negative -- and what we can do about it
WE NEED A NEW PARADIGM
What we need is a new paradigm for news reporting. Please read the following verses from Isaiah 61:1-3 about Jesus:
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, 2 to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, 3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.
Can you catch the gist of the LORD's heart in the verses above? I know we need more Christians in the mainstream news media. If the church was given opportunity to report on the merits of following Jesus, this world would be a better place. When will the darkness get its fill of itself and depart from its foolish ways?
When reading the sentiments expressed in Isaiah 61:1-3, I think of Jesus words in Matthew 25:31-46:
31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ 41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
THE JOYFUL IMPACT OF CHRISTIANS
My church has a food pantry. I have a friend who heads up the mission work his church does in providing practical support to haitians in a mountain village. I have another friend who does jail ministry.
The impact the unnamed people I wrote about above is far better hearing about than any, and I mean any negative news report because I know the impact made by them is multiplied so many times over by the goodness of the global church. It exudes goodness to the hurting world through all it does simply because Jesus spoke.
SUMMARY STATEMENT
Enough said about negative news and the remedy to it. I love how Matthew 25:31 describes Jesus's return, "31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne." Now that is good news!
Health Benefits of Sanctification?
The unearned honor of being blameless.
Living by Faith in Jesus
MY SCHIZOPHRENIA-DEPRESSIVE TYPE DIAGNOSIS
I have no scientific evidence for this, but what if growing in faith and sanctification (becoming holier through complying with God's ways by obedience to biblical truth) brings healing? I have a mental health diagnosis of schizophrenia-depressive type but it has subsided since I became a Christian. If you have any mental health diagnosis, I'm not suggesting you get off your medication but through a series of unforeseen circumstances, I unexpectedly wound-up getting off of an anti-deppressant and a mood stabalizer (with the approval of my psychiatrist who I kept informed). I even had gone through a severe depression and am consistently in a better mood now that is even-keeled. I also suffer from chronic pain. I'm not totally healed of my mental illness yet (at least I don't think so), but I think I'm onto the Lord's path toward healing for it that he intends for me. I'm not going to lie to you or fabricate things with too much conjecture, so I'll keep this blog article short.
All I know is, though on medication, I've not experienced the symptomology (if that's a word) one would expect from someone with my diagnosis since I came to Jesus. It makes total sense to me that after aligning my thinking and very being with the God of the universe and his universal truth about Jesus Christ specifically, my mind is being healed. What a relief to know I'm on the right path even if progress is slow.
A BIT MORE CONJECTURE
My subheading below the title to this article says, "The unearned honor of being blameless.". Have you ever seen someone's face flush red when their embarrassed? I think we all have but isn't that a physiological response to something psychological? I just, in wonder, think that it must be helpful to people if they experience less of that rushing of the blood to the extremeties versus it being closer to the heart where it can continue to be pumped to the body and not be constrained to go elsewhere, like the face, due to the physiological reaction of embarrassment. I'm no doctor. I'm guessing about it. I'm not up on any research about such a thing either. If you're curious about the impact of embarrassment on the body, you can read about it in the American Scientist article, Embarrassment: A Form of Social Pain.
In the Bible it speaks to there being no law against the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. These things don't produce blame and shouldn't be cause for embarrassment, but people do sometimes try to shame others for the good they do. The fruit of the Spirit is good. It is something I produce since entering God's kingdom rest and they are things I generate more and more as I grow in Christ. It's just got to be good for me;; spirit, soul and body wise to avoid sin with it's consequences. It's done by me through being sanctified, growing in sanctification while producting the fruit of the Spirit. Nonetheless, I think how the human spirit is, impacts the body for sure.
I JUST WONDER
I'm not so embarrassed by the behavior I'm off the hook for. Why be embarrassed over anything that's happened in the past and is over? The Bible communicates, Christians are dead to sin. Christians do more things that produce the fruit of the Spirit than they do bad things by sinning often. And if we do sin, we have Jesus Christ as our Advocate with the Father. We can confess our sins to Jesus to be forgiven and cleansed from all unrighteousness. My point is, it's got to be good for us Christians beyond just our spirits to be right with God as saved believers, and it coincides with what the Apostle Paul blessed the Thessalonian believers with: "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Besides, the past is something people can't do anything about. It's best to first receive Jesus. Then, any believer can just throw embarrassing events of their lives into the sea of forgetfulness for themselves because who the Son of God sets free, is free indeed, unchained from shame, guilt and condemnation by holy God.
Jesus, the way, the truth and the life.
ARE YOU TRULY SATISFIED?
To find your way in life properly, you must be able to discern the truth. Which way is right in a world that tends to promote deception and lies? But for life, it isn’t enough to just discern the truth because at some point, you'll wind-up implementing your choices. People are always looking to one another to find out how to be. In life, there are no test runs so choosing the best path in it is serious. Why not choose the path of the Lord, Jesus Christ?
Jesus, in John 14:1-7 of the New International Version (NIV) Bible, said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
DO YOU KNOW OUR HEAVENLY FATHER?
Jesus and the Father are inseparable. If you come to Jesus with the faith of a child, you will see the Father, our heavenly Father, in Jesus. Jesus was humble. He took the lowly position of a servant, similar to how an earthly father will get on the ground to be near his child and put his shoes on him or her. Jesus humbled himself to take the form of a man but grew in favor with God and man. Ultimately, he suffered at the hands of his murderers, died and was buried but then he rose again by his Father, our heavenly Father’s doing. It’s not just an amazing story, it is history!
If you want to know how to live this life unto eternal life, follow Jesus. He knows the way to the Father. Jesus even promised he is coming back to get people who believe in him. And if you receive him as Savior and Lord, he will never leave you.
If you are prone to emulate other people, like we all are, stop doing it. Find your originality in your Creator, Jesus. Too, our heavenly Father knows us better than anyone. He is omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all-powerful) and omnipresent (present everywhere). If there is anyone who can guard you through life, it is Jesus Christ, Son of God, the spitting-image of our heavenly Father. He longs to deliver you to a heavenly home, in His timing.
He didn’t tell us to take his life and make it our own, instead he said in Matthew 11:27-30 (NIV), “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
If we accept the challenge, which is really a calling, we have the greatest one available to us to learn from. As a great teacher, Jesus is the one to emulate and not other people. Trust in him to show you the way to the Father.
FOLLOWING JESUS IS HARD BUT WORTH IT
It won’t be easy but he is with all who follow him. It makes all the difference in the world. Personally, I suffer from chronic pain. It is something I don’t surrender myself to. If I were to do it, I would become suicidal. Instead, I need to seclude myself and pray like Jesus did. Jesus, during his earthly ministry, would often go off to secluded places and pray. James 5:13 of the NIV says, “Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray.” So I am called to a greater commitment than some other people to pray.
To pray goes completely against my natural grain. I spend a lot of time alone already. The Lord Jesus has made it easy for me to commit my pain to him in prayer by giving me alone time but it still is something I have a hard time submitting myself to because I’d rather not be in pain at all. I’d rather just be going about my business which really is part of the problem. When I came to Jesus I gave my life to him. Like you, if you come to Jesus, your life must no longer be considered your own but his.
ARE YOU READY?
Are you ready for the calling Jesus has given you? Are you ready to be his disciple? Are you ready to follow him in a loyal, loving, learning and dedicated way? Will you take-up the challenge of following Jesus? It may cost you your life but in losing it, you’ll gain it back again if you believe.
To find out how to become a Christian for eternal security, read my "Testimony" page of this portfolio site. On that page, I express my testimony to having received Jesus myself. I also share how to get to know God through Jesus so you can have joy and peace.
